If there is a dealer that Mercedes Benz should pull, its this one... they are overpriced and poor quality of customer service. Poor communications are their specialty. I had my car towed into them, analyze this one... they are overpriced and poor quality of customer service. Poor communications are their specialty. I had my car towed into them, analyzed and they needed me to show up with $109 dollars for evaluation charges before they release the car - been a customer for 40 years!!! More
