George Johnson is the best sales consultant I have ever done business with. He is patient, kind and understanding. I purchased my first Mercedes Benz (CLK240) from George in 2004 and he has been in touch periodically since then. When I was ready to make another purchase George was the person I wanted to deal with. He sent his usual e-mail to see how the car and I were doing and I let him know that I was thinking about making another purchase. I told him what I wanted and within 2 weeks I was driving home in a 2010 GLK350 and a smile. The entire transaction was handled very professional and friendly. I must say that I have purchase many cars before, but my experience purchasing at R & H was the best thanks to my sales person, Likisha Pearson Jones. I could have went to two other Mercedes dealerships closer to my home, but I was referred to this dealership by USB and I do not regret driving the extra distance to purchase because of my pleasant experience at this dealership and with Likisha. Overall, I had a pleasant experience with this dealership even down to management (Rick A.) and the finance department. Some dealerships even try to really push extras on you like extended warranties, paint sealant and etc. that will kept raising your final price up, but they did not keep bugging you with all the extras. Again, Likisha is one of the few trustworthy and best car sales associate that I have ever dealt with. Likisha personally introduced me to the Service team, my Service Advisor (whom I believe is no longer with MB), as well as the Finance team. Likisha worked with me in getting my trade in completed in a timely manner and was very professional and courteous throughout the entire process. She also explained all the details of my new vehicle to me both internally and externally. To me, this exemplifies strong customer service in a way that you feel appreciated for the purchase you made, especially during this trying times with our economy. As for the Service team, I finally had the opportunity to transfer my Service Advisor. I met and worked with Andre Goppy, who is very very customer friendly, customer oriented and knowledgeable. I am so glad that I had the opportunity to work with Andre. I had completely lost all faith, trust and hope in the Mercedes dealership until now. Just recently I decided to go and visit the sales department at R&H Motor Cars in Owings Mills Maryland. To my surprise I was greeted with a nice, friendly and honest sales person by the name of George Johnson. My experience with Mr. Johnson was unbelievable. He walked me through the car buying process with ease and a sense of security. He was so open, honest and up front with me about everything and not once did he make me feel like I was being taken advantage of. I'm extremely happy to say that my experience at R&H Motor Cars in Owings Mills Maryland was an excellent one. I'm so excited about my new car and how smooth the process went. There's no doubt in my mind that I will be returning back to Mercedes to by my next car. More

He was both knowledgeable and professional and helped me select a model which would best suit my needs. He followed-up on my visit and promptly answered and returned my phone calls. There was no pressure--just pure pleasure and I am extremely happy with my Mercedes! Everyone at the dealership was very pleasant and courteous, especially George. I have only great things to say about R&H Motors. Likisha assisted my when I wanted to inquire about upgrading my S500 to S550. She was knowledegable and courteous. I felt appreciated as a customer. Lisa and Zack are a great team. Lisa has solved all my problems with alacrity. In fact the reason that I bought a new 2006E320Diesel from R&H was because of the excellent service in taking care of my 19 problems with alacrity. In fact the reason that I bought a new 2006E320Diesel from R&H was because of the excellent service in taking care of my 1998E320. A unique feature of the service is that I get to talk to Zack who actually works on the car. In my estimation he is the best. I have bought thirty-three cars in my lifetime of which twelve were Mercedes. No other service department has ever done this and it is much appreciated. I have just bought my second Mercedes from R&H, and would not consider using another dealer, why change when the care you get is just about perfect. My service adviser Lisa Forbes, understands what "customer service" means, she is always there, listens to my needs, and as a result makes the normal pains of servicing a car a rather pleasant experience. My first car now has well over 150,000 miles on it but is in near perfect condition, why? because of the care R&H gives it. Even with that high mileage when there was a need for a major [$$$] repair John Marusiodis, the Service Director was right there to help absorb some of the cost, because that's the type of dealer R&H is.
