I always get great service at MB of Orange Park. Paul Sanders the service advisor and the service team went above and beyond this time. I brought my wife’s GLE 350 in for an AC issue on Friday after Paul Sanders the service advisor and the service team went above and beyond this time. I brought my wife’s GLE 350 in for an AC issue on Friday afternoon and it was quickly diagnosed the problem and we have to leave the car to work on but unfortunately we have to go to Orlando for a week Saturday morning and so Paul gave us a loaner car for the whole week but fortunately I received a text message Tuesday the car is ready for pick up so I decided to get back from Orlando to Jax to pick up the car we are very satisfied customer when we drove away and I give 5 star especially to Paul Sander and the rest of service team. More
I found Mercedes-Benz of Orange Park to be the best dealership ever. They're even better head and shoulders above their Atlantic sister in Jacksonville. You're probably wondering why, back in 97 when I bought my first Mercedes Benz Atlantic was the only place you could buy one in Jacksonville. I was happy with the car but very unhappy with the dealership they scratched my vehicle several times they were rude to me. Until I met Ted Keypros. When Ted went to open the new store in Orange Park I followed him over then the company's name was brumos I knew Ted so well and it was the best experience that I ever had Ted has found a home there and so have I. I'm not a well to do person about town I'm just an ordinary citizen retired veteran but the entire family at Orange Park Mercedes-Benz makes you feel like family they go out of their way to help you. If there's a problem they sit down and talk to you about it and give you the best Solutions. There are many people there that work the same way as Ted. I have won many occasions brought Ted new customers. I have never seen a dealership that will help you no matter what. I was once stranded in Nashville Tennessee and Music City Mercedes-Benz would not help me. I called Ted asked him to talk to them, but it didn't help I had my vehicle shipped back to Jacksonville, to Ted and they repaired it. I have said many times and anyone who will listen, that Mercedes-Benz of Orange Park is like family they don't overcharge you. They give you a heads up when something is going wrong with your car so that you can prepare yourself to repair it. And they have partnered with sunbit to help make things even easier. I refuse to take my vehicle any place else. Because I know, the people at Orange Park Mercedes-Benz will take good care of me. If I move out of the city or out of state I will bring my car to Mercedes-Benz of Orange Park to be serviced even if it's only to buy new tires or get an oil change. Had trouble making appointment on line but called the dealership on Saturday & problem was resolved. Got appt scheduled quickly & received contact. Check in was quick & soon met with service advisor Zari dealership on Saturday & problem was resolved. Got appt scheduled quickly & received contact. Check in was quick & soon met with service advisor Zarinea Thompson who was very knowledgeable, so pleasant & guided me thru scheduled service while answering my questions & concerns. She is the best service advisor I have had since owning my Mercedes. Treat her right, she’s a keeper. More
