This dealership is owned by the same stockholders who own the Jacksonville Mercedes dealership. I quit buying cars from them 20 years ago. The service dept in Jacksonville is absolutely a disaster. When this the Jacksonville Mercedes dealership. I quit buying cars from them 20 years ago. The service dept in Jacksonville is absolutely a disaster. When this dealership first opened (Orange Park) the service advisors were very nice and courteous. The management has succeeded is transforming the advisors into arrogant and snotty people who seem to think they are doing you a favor by servicing your car. Mercedes needs to separate the ownership and create competition for customers so we are free to take our cars to the dealership with whom we are most satisfied with. More
I have owned a Mercedes -Benz since 1998 and had dealt with all kinds of service advisors and repair centers over the years but there has been no advisors like Frank Nazay at the Orange Park location. He with all kinds of service advisors and repair centers over the years but there has been no advisors like Frank Nazay at the Orange Park location. He is not only extremely professional and friendly and treats his customers with respect but he sincerely cares about his customers. I had tried some repair centers that specialize in German cars in Jacksonville but the cost was not much cheaper and many times they not only fix unnecessary things because they have no ability to diagnose correctly but they also do things on their own and add it to the charge without customer's knowledge so I ended up spending more money and time until I finally decided to go back to the Mercedes service center after trying out few repair centers. Most recently, one repair center gave me an estimate of $2,500 for one problem I had but it ended up costing me only $450 when I took it over to Frank and he knew exactly what the problem was even before looking at it. I probably will never try another repair center again so long as Frank is my service advisor. He truly is the best! More
