I have been a customer since 2019, i have written great reviews for the salesmen and they are posted in Google and I don’t like to put a negative review, but the place culture unfortunately changed , i did reviews for the salesmen and they are posted in Google and I don’t like to put a negative review, but the place culture unfortunately changed , i did buy my car that i leased 3 years ago , one reason was u don’t get welcomed navigating the cars on display unless u show u are a buyer Today , so i chose to buy the same , with buying 2 years extended warranty with 3 years service plans , i asked for any discount for buying everything u can offer and i was told, actually we are giving u the car with the original price and we dont even like selling it that price, so u are getting a good deal , i really think i would have done better doing everything online and bought the car directly from Mercedes website, BUT i can tell u that u still have amazing people there ,our service man Scott Bateman has been AMAZING through out the years we dealt with him , and if it was that guy in sales I would buy ur most expensive car on display, i congratulate the guys who sold me the car for achieving the full profit but lost a customer who will not gonna recommend this place for friends, congrats More

I came in for a 82,000 mile service. When I came to pick up my vehicle after driving approximately 8miles out from Mercedes Benz of Orange County, I noticed a message stating that my car When I came to pick up my vehicle after driving approximately 8miles out from Mercedes Benz of Orange County, I noticed a message stating that my car has “NO Tire Sensors”. I made my way back to Mercedes Benz of Orange County and was told that I would have to pay for a diagnostic to see why the sensors are not working. I stated that my sensors were working when I dropped off my vehicle and a manager named frank very rudely stated that its not his fault and made jokes out of my concern of not having sensors on my tires being very unsafe for me. Frank said, “ pull over to the side of the road from time to time to see if ur tires are flat if you feel unsafe.” I did not feel like a customer I felt like I was being insulted and treated unfairly.
