The service was overall acceptable. I feel MB focuses more on what is convenient for the company and not enough on what could be convenient for the customer. This location rarely has loaners - which is an inconvenience. Not everyone has multiple vehicles. I called the service desk and asked if a shuttle was available to take me home. I was told "no, not on Mondays" (it was a Monday). This turned out to be incorrect. When I was asked if I was waiting on the Service B (4 hour service) I replied that I had to since there were no loaners or shuttle service. The service advisor informed me that a shuttle was available. There appears to be miscommunication between the service desk and service advisors. Recently, MB began charging a 3% fee for card usage. So, to not pay that, I brought a check. I was told checks are not accepted. Another example of what is convenient for MB but could be inconvenient for the customer. In the end, my vehicle was kept 24 hours for a Service B. I feel that I am paying and waiting more and receiving less service. More
