My initial interaction with my service rep was a bad one. My advisor starts his conversation in the following way. We have good new and bad. My car had a aftermarket warranty which my service rep said he not familiar with the company. My vehicle was in the dealership for approximately 1 month before any work was done on it. After a month of calling the warranty company to follow up on what the dealership wasn’t doing I became fed up so I had my son who held the same position as the service rep call to refresh my service rep on how to deal with warranty companies. This was a short term resolution because the the games continued. Due to the cost of the repair the warranty company sent an appraiser out, which is not about the ordinary. The funny part of this was when I was informed of the conversation which occurred between the service and the appraiser. In short the service rep had worked with the warranty company prior for wheel and tires. I believe being truthful up front would have made my interaction with the dealership more pleasant. More

The customer service on each level of the dealership is superb however it's the dealers choice of subcontracting for body work and hands-on automotive servicing of the vehicle at the dealer I'm dissatisfie superb however it's the dealers choice of subcontracting for body work and hands-on automotive servicing of the vehicle at the dealer I'm dissatisfied with. A year ago from this time, the vehicle required body work from an insurance claimed accident, but I had to return my vehicle to redo partial repairs. In the past, for routine service, I haven't had any issues with the work performed by the mechanics on site. However, recently the vehicle required routine maintenance and the VIN detected a recall in which the dealer so called remedied while the vehicle was checked in. I also had some other optional things and mandatory services performed on site and after almost two weeks my vehicle was returned with driver ability issues and in a dangerous operating state. I drove it into the dealer fully operating and satisfied with my vehicle, yet had to have it towed the second time to return for them to diagnosis and correct the poor workmanship performed on the vehicle. The vehicle was fine with no driving complaints prior to being checked in. Upon return the vehicle was not driving as it should. It was malfunctioning, the check engine light illuminated multiple times and the engine oil level light illuminated as well. It was a terrible a traumatic experience. I have children including a really young child (2yrs old) and a special needs child in which I use my vehicle to safely transport for parenting duties and functions. I also experienced a terrible accident years ago in which the front wheel drive vehicle I was operating at that time consequently was deemed totaled from hydroplaning in the rain and since then I decided to drive an All wheel drive vehicle for safety and comfort. I since joined the Mercedes family in (2015). This ordeal has been a disappointing one and after my third Mercedes I have never experienced anything as this. I'm deeply dissatisfied this time around and it's a shame if I should have to bring my vehicle for servicing other than in my home county. More

Very professional diagnosis and servicing of my ML320 diesel. Warranted claim was honored without question. Service Advisor Scott Bateman was knowledgeable and communicated updates regularly. Although my service advisor was excellent, problem with my 2020 S560 was 2 defective manufacturers Goodyear tires. Both went flat at same time with irregular very long seperation between groove and tire. Had tire insurance but they refused covering new tires as they deemed it manufactured defect. Ok so Mercedes should replace at no cost, right? Tires only had 21k miles. Well not only did I have to pay for new tires they made me pay for alignment as well. Very disappointed in the nickel and diming when spending $100k on a vehicle. More
