Worst and disturbing experience now. I have been told to receive my registration within 4 to 5 weeks, it’s been 6 weeks now and I have been trying to call and contact on email to Merc I have been told to receive my registration within 4 to 5 weeks, it’s been 6 weeks now and I have been trying to call and contact on email to Mercedes Benz Orange County for past 1 week. No one from sales and finance contacting me, always I end up in voice mail and even after leaving voice mail no one calls back. Service advisor and technician were helpful and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of.
