We were very pleased with our experience at Hendricks Mercedes-Benz of North Lake. They were all very nice and professional, from the ladies who greeted us at the front door to the man who explained all Mercedes-Benz of North Lake. He was very personable and knew his product. He was also very helpful in assisting us in getting our new NC Drivers Licenses. He went above and beyond to assist us in every aspect of our purchase. I went to dealerships for several manufactures; BMW, Jaguar, Lexus and Mercedes. From the minute I walked into Mercedes Benz Northlake, the level of attention and service was far superior to any of th Jaguar, Lexus and Mercedes. From the minute I walked into Mercedes Benz Northlake, the level of attention and service was far superior to any of the other dealerships, even another Mercedes dealership I had visited earlier. I was greeted enthusiastically as soon as I came through the door and our Sales representative Chad Woods was the best of all the sales professionals I have dealt with in the last decade. Chad listened carefully to what I was looking for and then did his research to locate for me several options to check out. He made arrangements for me to test drive the cars as soon as they arrived and did an excellent job of highlighting all the advantages and options with the S550 and comparing the cars available. He professionally managed the entire process and made sure that the car met the Hendrick Motors standards and my own requirements. When the car was ready, he delivered it to my office, which was just a final touch of great service. After delivery he has followed up several times to make sure I am happy with the car and the service. While I am very happy with the S550, it was the service that ultimately made the difference. I could have bought the S550 at several other dealerships, but Chad and the Hendricks team made the real difference. Next time I need anothe car I will be a repeat customer for Chad and Mercedes-Benz of Northlake. More

I came to Mercedes Benz of Northlake because of the reputation it has earned as one of the most high quality dealerships in the southeast in terms of knowledgeable staff, selection and competitive pric reputation it has earned as one of the most high quality dealerships in the southeast in terms of knowledgeable staff, selection and competitive pricing. I was impressed. It is easy to access, the grounds are immaculate, the showroom is upscale and the staff is very polite. I had the pleasure of working with Rob Bacharach. I found him to be knowledgeable about every vehicle on the lot, polite and trustworthy. I didnt feel like I was being sold - I felt like he was helping me make a positive decision about a major purchase. I highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle and have a positive experience in doing so. More

Upon arrival, the vehicle was presented as described. We traveled three and a half hours to see this vehicle. I made multiple visits to this dealership as this was my first new car purchase and I really wanted to do my homework. The entire sales staff was very patient with me. Jim was great to work with, very friendly and knowledgeable. Although we were there to purchase a used Toyota he knew a lot about the vehicle and even more about the new cars on the lot as we wa knowledgeable. I can't give remarks high enough to attest to the exceptional experience we had at Mercedes Benz of North Lake. I would like to just mention that we took our 3 year old daughter with us who at times exceptional experience we had at Mercedes Benz of North Lake. I would like to just mention that we took our 3 year old daughter with us who at times can be quite "spirited", and even she enjoyed her time there and was totally doted on by the staff. From the time we walked in the door and met Chad we were treated with a sencere concern for our needs. Chad took his time to go over our questions and concerns and was completely "no pressure". In fact I would say that the experience was not one in which we felt like they were trying to sell us a vehicle to meet a quota, but were offering us an opportunity to take away one less worry with regards to our vehicular needs. Even the finance manager, Mike, was absolutely fantastic. You would think that the financing would be the most daunting part of the experience, but again he took his time and made sure that we were comfortable. We also met the GM, Brian. Very personable! Very Pleasant! Then to add icing on the cake we were able to pick out gifts from their gift shop just as a thankyou for purchasing from Northlake. Let me just say that we have purchased vehicles in the past,including 2 other Mercedes, and not one of those experiences have come close. If their point was to increase word of mouth and make life long customers then mission accomplished. More
