He listened to her and he didn't try to sell her a car. He helped her buy a car. In the business office, Jim Cochran was very thorough and really friendly. Truly exceptional All and all it was a great experience at this Mercedes-Benz dealership. Alton Crawford is Fabolous from the start to finish.
