I was a previous Broad St customer but my service advisor retired and the other guys were not as customer oriented. Since moving my business to Midlothian location, Alan Mansfield, hands down has been the best advisor I've worked with since owning a Mercedes for over 12 years. Way over priced, a diagnostic is almost 300 dollars. This is something that is done for free at most auto zones.
