I made appointment (9:45 AM) to drop-off for A service. Cheyne Hoke check my vehicle in. He was very professional and courteous. I requested to pick-up around 1 PM, and he said he would do he best. Replaced passenger door seal. Great. Serviced the egr valve (again) and vehicle performance is back to new. It did take 3 hours but the waiting areas were stocked with coffee, s Great. However, MB doesn’t seem to have a solution for the diesel engine emissions repeat egr problem (does any manufacturer?). Probably not buy another diesel ever. EPA/Gov’t wins-can’t keep it on the road without frequent maintenance. More
