Overpriced labor charges ,are ridiculous! Why would anyone be happy with paying $175 for parts and $900 for labor 🤔 xxxxing insane .no discounts for veterans or first responders. Scott was my service manager and he was wonderful to work with. My car needed a lengthy service and it took weeks to complete but he made sure I had a car to drive during that time and my car was delivered with. I brought my car in for scheduled maintenance and had an appointment. Unfortunately it took nearly two days for the service to be performed and no one informed me that my car would not be ready by the end o appointment. The service manager did a great job of explaining what was wrong with my vehicle once I was able to talk with him. However, it took two days to get the results from the diagnostics code and it required me was wrong with my vehicle once I was able to talk with him. However, it took two days to get the results from the diagnostics code and it required me calling the dealership several times to get information. I guess they were busy, which is a good sign. Also, picking up my vehicle was a bit confusing. I was waiting out front for it and after a few minutes I went to look for it. I found it just around the corner, running, and no one in it. So I got in and drove off, which anyone could have done. There wasn't any clear hand-off to me. More
