The SUV had to be towed in as the suspension failed. Rick Nelson did a great job getting the vehicle fixed on a timely basis. Only disappointed as I was charged $177 as a surcharge? I had no idea that I was charge a surcharge for paying my bill with my Amex card. A fee of $117+. What a scam!!! Do not use this MB of Midlothian or their associated Richmond MB.
