Very nice work. The only thing is it took 4 hours from 9:15 to 1:30. I recently experienced fabulous service from the tag team of Scott Lambert and Nathan Hurdle. As usual, Scott was pleasant, informative and kept me apprised of the progress of my job with great communicatio of Scott Lambert and Nathan Hurdle. As for the actual service, there are not enough superlatives to express my pleasure with Nathan Hurdle. He is extremely thorough and quite meticulous as a technician. I also must add that he is unquestionably the neatest mechanic/technician I have known. My vehicle is always returned to me after Nathan has serviced it in flawless condition, there is not a fingerprint or smudge to be found! For me to say and notice that is impressive since I am incredibly OCD with the care of my ML 350. So yes, overall a very positive experience with your service department. P.S. Kudos to Amanda Dudley. She is always a pleasure to see and interact with when it comes time to deal with the ensuing invoice. She is the BEST! THANKS TO ALL! 👍 More
