Ragina and Preston from parts were both very good and I was pleasantly surprised not to run in to some sort of customer service aggravations as a result of the ownership change. If the dealership is going to take on tire sales as a revenue stream I would suggest you get your supply chain and support up to speed. I had never had this issue with previous tire buys prior to the change of ownership. More

Scheduling the appointment, my service advisor Matt and the service to the vehicle was excellent. This having to pay 3% when using a credit card is ridiculous especially to someone who has been a loyal the service to the vehicle was excellent. Also, given the fact that everyone uses a card to pay for things these days makes the 3% charge more insulting. At least you could just build in the 3% on the backside so you appear more customer friendly versus the little signs posted everywhere about the 3%. More
