The customer service at this dealership has completely gone down hill. My car was returned dirty and it went in having just been washed, there was no pre-service communication, a 30% increase in service gone down hill. Excellent service, however, the car could have been cleaner upon pickup. I'm used to having the car washed and vacuumed as a courtesy. When picked up the plastic was still on the seat, the paper floor cleaner upon pickup. I'm used to having the car washed and vacuumed as a courtesy. I know these are small things, but to me, it's all in the details that drive excellence. More

Scott Lambert is excellent and you are lucky to have him representing you. As for the new dealership ownership it is disappointing. It is obvious that $$$ is the most important thing and not the customer. E representing you. As for the new dealership ownership it is disappointing. It is obvious that $$$ is the most important thing and not the customer. Examples - $600 to replace a battery, constant barrage of marketing material, and credit card service charges ( which by the way the dealership is also making additional profit.) How many customers carry $600.00, $1,000.00, or $2,500.00 or more with them? Probably none, so the customer is forced to pay the credit card fee. A poor way to achieve customer retention. As much as I love my two Mercedes, when replacement time comes I will now be looking at other options. More
