Purchased a vehicle June 18, 2023. During sales process (4 hours) I was told vehicle had a garage door opener - it does not. I was told Android Auto would work with the car (no Navigation included) - it does not. I was told I could purchase Navigation later. When I did that, the Navigation I received had only 6 out of 9 functions activated and I am told I have to "purchase" the additional functions to complete Navigation. I was sold an Extended Warranty policy and was told that it covers the technology systems (computers) & electronics in the vehicle just like the new car warranty that came with the car - it does not. There is a check box on the policy Declarations page foe covering Technology that I found was not checked. It has been 8 weeks now and I have been going round and round with the dealership, Sales manager and General Manager, and nothing is getting done. All I am getting is stories and claims that the technology is included in the warranty, but they refuse to provide any documentation to support their claims. I have purchased a couple dozen vehicles over the years and I expected Mercedes Benz to be my best experience - it has been and is still being the worst car buying experience of my life. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM MERCEDES OF MARIN!!! TERRIBLE, DIFFICULT, DISAPPOINTING! More

Do not buy a car from this dealership. Buyer beware! I purchased a 2022 GLC 300 from them less than a month ago, and it has been a horrible experience. The car alarm kept going off, so I Buyer beware! I purchased a 2022 GLC 300 from them less than a month ago, and it has been a horrible experience. The car alarm kept going off, so I brought it into service not once but twice, only to be told after my second visit that I would be required to manually turn off the car's motion sensor everytime I left my car when my dog was inside, which is everyday. Mind you this is a 3 step process. Anyone else feel like doing a 3 step process everytime you leave your car? What worse, is this was never disclosed to me at any point before my purchase, or else I would have NEVER purchased it in the first place. Mind you they let me service it twice before they told me so they could ride out the time where I could return it. I also spoke to Gino Minnetti who actually said that disabling everyday wasn't an issue, and essential that I should just get over it. Seriously? And that they wouldn't have time to disclose this to me at time of purchase. Dog owner's are you scared yet? Never, ever buy a car from these people. Or you will be very sorry. More

So, I took in for service not once but twice. This feature was never disclosed to me at the time of purchase or I would have never bought it in the first place. They let me service it twice, so they could ride out the time where I could return it. When I spoke with the service manager Gino Minnetti, he actually told me it wasn't a big deal that I had to manually turn off the alarm everytime I left my car. And that "I'd just have to deal with it". And that they would not have had time to disclose this alarm feature at the time of purchase. Dog owners are you scared yet? Never, ever buy a car from these people. More

Trust is central to a car deal (it’s an expensive purchase ya know?). With that said, there’s no way I would trust MB of Marin with my business. From the moment I started working with Logan (an of purchase ya know?). With that said, there’s no way I would trust MB of Marin with my business. From the moment I started working with Logan (an offsite BDR), it was clear his only goal was to pressure me into the dealership and he would say anything to do this. He also was trying to make me feel bad for asking him to look up stock and confirm they actually had the car I was looking for. All the way to Frank (a surly and disrespectful sales associate), who regularly cut me off when I was trying to explain the vehicles Miguel (another sales associate) had told me about. the night before. If you need to work with someone there, Tristan seemed ok, but we didn’t spend much time with him. They promised vehicles they didn’t have to get me into the dealership, and then worst of all Frank tried this trick to show me how there was no inventory coming from MB corporate by applying filters he knew would do this. When I asked him to correct the filters, he was reticent to do so and got defensive and angry..:but voila, local inventory popped up across MB dealers on the Bay. Dishonest…or at the very least incompetence. But for him being a self proclaimed expert… hard to believe. Needless to say, going to stay away from their strong armed and dishonest tactics and take my business to another dealership in the area who doesn’t try and pull a fast one. More

This was the worst service I have ever experienced. My daughter who is 23 years old purchased a 2020 C Class in September 2021. We are located in Philadelphia Pa so this was an out of state purchase so daughter who is 23 years old purchased a 2020 C Class in September 2021. We are located in Philadelphia Pa so this was an out of state purchase so everything was done by phone and email. Michelle was her salesperson and she was terrible in responding to messages. My daughter would leave her a message on her voicemail and Michelle would not respond at all or would respond by text message the following day or days. This is no way to handle business transactions. There was no follow up made to my daughter to let her know where she was with her purchase. Too many repeat calls to the dealership with no follow up. The initial call to the dealership was on 9/7 and the car finally arrived in Philadelphia on October 2nd after having it shipped here . Should it take 3 weeks for a car purchase? Maybe this was their first out of state transaction. Not sure but this was absolutely ridiculous. I would not recommend anyone spend any money at this dealership. I wish there was a lower score of 1 star because I would give it. More

The absolute best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a car. Michelle was extremely helpful and the process was hassle free. I walked in knowing what I wanted, Michelle made it possible and I was out of th car. Michelle was extremely helpful and the process was hassle free.
