My E350 is due for its annual service in July. Last year when I took it in for the A service, I found that all of the people that I knew had left and there was new management and service providers Last year when I took it in for the A service, I found that all of the people that I knew had left and there was new management and service providers. There was a different tenor in the Service department, folks seemed out of their element and provider didn’t check my car in. When I received a text that my car was ready and I went in, she was out to lunch. Certainly not what I was used to at SR Mercedes. I decided to find a mechanic who works exclusively on European cars and not return to MB. On Thursday as I left my grandson’s elementary school where I volunteer, my Check Engine light came on and my car began vibrating. I took it to MB given that it was close by. There I met Donald, and everything was uphill from there. He suspected what the issue was and had it taken into the shop for a diagnostic check. He drove me home himself. He called me as soon as he knew what the issue was and told me what was necessary and what was recommended in other areas. He was honest and thoughtful in his responses; zero pressure! I will return to MB in July for the annual check as long as Don is my service agent! More

Angelo my service adviser was friendly, informative and professional. He kept me informed to the progress of my repair.
