Terrible service yet again. They screwed up the 1st service, ruined the brakes which had nothing wrong with them. Took a week to fix their 1st mistake and then they are too lazy to send their own drive service, ruined the brakes which had nothing wrong with them. Took a week to fix their 1st mistake and then they are too lazy to send their own driver so they kept trying to book lyft, who didn't have any drivers. We had to escalate to the management after an hour and a 1/2 of waiting. It's the service I would expect from Kia not Mercedes More
