I have a 10 year old Mercedes that I plan on keeping until one of us dies first.. I hadn’t had work done for quite sometime. Just as I’m headed to my 50 year high school reunion I heard a very loud nose until one of us dies first.. I hadn’t had work done for quite sometime. Just as I’m headed to my 50 year high school reunion I heard a very loud nose coming from the engine. My daughter and I called every shop in Sonoma. No one could take us. My daughter finally called Mercedes of Marin. Liliana the service rep said, ”have her drive here and we’ll set her up with a courtesy car so that she can make her reunion” Dropped off my car and made it to my reunion. Thank you Lilana and service staff for all you did. Picked up my car and was so clean and runs beautifully! More
