My experience has always been positive! I purchased a 2018 350 GLE and just recently a 2022 GLC 300. Both vehicles have been excellent and each one a different and unique driving experience. I bought a brand new car with $30,000 over MSRP as a price adjustment. They promised to find transportation for the vehicle to be delivered to me. It took them over 2 weeks to find transportation, and i price adjustment. They promised to find transportation for the vehicle to be delivered to me. It took them over 2 weeks to find transportation, and instead of closed transportation, they sent the car with a regular one for a vehicle that costs over $200,000. During the transportation of the vehicle, I constantly received notifications from Mercedes Me about the car being involved in a collision. I contacted them to pull over the driver to the nearest Mercedes dealer so they can check the car, they did nothing. The car arrived with scratched front and rear bumpers, scratched hood, all 4 tires on the car are damaged and one key is missing. On top of that, the driver that delivered the car, was all rude and swearing at us while leaving without giving me a chance to sign the Bill of Lading as a proof of delivery. I took the vehicle to my local dealerships where they noted all of the damages on the vehicle which is brand new. Sean Farschi, the General Manager called me on Tuesday to provide him with further info, and since then he hasn't been picking up my phone calls. More
We were really in a bind when our sprinter van broke down and needed a new engine. Aaron Frankovich to the rescue!
