Every time I send my car for a service the advisor adds more labor even though the car did not sent any warning that it’s needed. This increases the total amount of charges over $1000. Not happy with that because I’m not sure if it was needed. Then this last visit the engine lights comes on the next day after the service. So no warning before service, added extra work and car sends warning after the service. More

I have been trying to get a copy of my invoice for over 4 weeks. I know you got hacked, but, I paid for my invoice and need a copy to get reembursed from AAA because of an issue.
