Disappointing Very disappointed with the sales department. Went in to buy a used Mercedes that was perfect for my needs. Had trade-in appraised and they offered me Very disappointed with the sales department. Went in to buy a used Mercedes that was perfect for my needs. Had trade-in appraised and they offered me $10,000 lower than what the same model and condition are selling for and about 8k lower than KBB and NADA. In this day and age do they not realize that we has access to computers. I will never do business with a company that treats their customers like they have one brain cell. I highly DO NOT recommend anyone to do business with this dealer. More

excellent I had an appt with orange park Mercedes to repair 2 of my tires. On the way one tire went flat and would not hold any air to make it to orange park,so I had an appt with orange park Mercedes to repair 2 of my tires. On the way one tire went flat and would not hold any air to make it to orange park,so I had to come to your delearship. When I arrived your service advisor seen I was beyond stressed and handled my situation from start to finish. I am very pleased I was not changed from person to person during the process. I am also please with your delearship not turning me away because I didn't have appt. By the way David Gaines handled my situation I was able to relax because I felt like a valued customers. I will always come to your delearship for all my Mercedes needs in future. Thank you More

Great service! I took my SUV there because a door suddenly would not open. I booked the appointment on line, the same day and a loaner car was waiting for me. I was I took my SUV there because a door suddenly would not open. I booked the appointment on line, the same day and a loaner car was waiting for me. I was greeted immediately, and Drew the advisor came with his iPad and promptly took all the necessary information. I was out of there fast. He kept on communication with me via text , as I had preferred. The door was fixed at no cost and my car was returned back clean and smelling fresh. More
Either incompetent or dishonest, perhaps both Mercedes Roadside assistance towed my car there where it sat for 5 days before I could get a service adviser to speak to me. I called 2 times per day Mercedes Roadside assistance towed my car there where it sat for 5 days before I could get a service adviser to speak to me. I called 2 times per day for 5 days before I finally reached someone. I just needed a key reprogrammed. It cost me $1250 after they sold me a battery I didn't need, ran tests I asked them not to, and charged me for the complementary towing. Further, I asked them about a specific issue that a reputable Atlanta Mercedes dealership told me needed checking and they ignored it and looked at something else, for which they charged me $150. Absolutely no value add here. I was going to by another Mercedes from them, but I am going to Atlanta instead where the dealer can be relied on. This was absolutely scandalous. More
