The Rain Keeps Coming.......Inside my Vehicle FYI- I took it to OP. Ted is great! He provides exceptional service every visit. One of the issues I was having with my vehicle is the convertible to FYI- I took it to OP. Ted is great! He provides exceptional service every visit. One of the issues I was having with my vehicle is the convertible top leaking. Ted said they tested it with a water hose without a leak in sight. The tech should have parked my car outside in the rain instead of using a water hose. They said the leak could not be found. I picked my vehicle up yesterday morning. It started raining in the afternoon and the leaks appeared. I took pictures and video, then emailed to Ted. I took my car back yesterday for the same repair. They quickly got me into a loaner and I was on my way. I just hope that I am not expected to pay another deductable for my extended warranty through CareMax. It wouldn’t make sense for me to do so since it was the same day and I believe proper testing should have been done. Just a thought!! More
