My service essentially took two full days ( B service, change spark plugs, and exchange battery) which I think is a bit long, but since I was provided with a loaner I wasn't inconvenienced in the least. Excessive Cost for Scheduled service. $749.99 for a B Service, Daytona Beach Mercedes charges $425 for the same service. Excellent buying experience I contacted LJ; choosing him from a group of sales professionals who thought would be best for us, I emailed him with all my research, backup support I contacted LJ; choosing him from a group of sales professionals who thought would be best for us, I emailed him with all my research, backup support for my trade, the works. When we got to the dealer, he had the entire deal worked out, presented it to us, went over each and every detail and we made a deal within an hour. There was none of this back and forth to the GM, delays appraising the trade, etc. Very, very professional...Just the way we like it. Good job LJ! More

I did not purchase the vehicle at MB of Jacksonville, but wished to establish an account there for future service. When I arrived at the Dealership, there was no interest and in fact then were neither friendly nor professional. I have since established an account elsewhere (thank Goodness that I learned early on). My wife and I had just bought a new 2017 X1 BMW at Tom Bush a week earlier. I love the place. The people were friendly and professional (and great coffee). Unfortunately, there were not prepared to service the SL550. But we will certainly keep in touch with them via the BMW. Fields is a farce relative to comfort buying service. More

The car was dirtier on the outside than when I left it. Poor service. They were not interested in our business. l went to another dealership the next time. More

The salesman was incompetent, and failed to fill out the form properly. He also conspired with his Mickey Mouse finance guy to purchase my vehicle at a price 2K dollars higher than the price quoted by MBF services llc. I understand sometimes folks make mistakes however these snakes try and take advantage of good people. I want out of this Fields family as quick as possible and you should want the same! Buyer beware of these guys!!! More
Car sold and didn't tell customer We drove from Titusville Fl to Jax to buy a Mercedes and when we got there Salesman Sal told us the car had been sold. We'told them we were preapproved by our Credit Union and we needed a Buyers Order or a Bill of Sale. Then we were told that if we let them finance the car, they would get it back. It was the last day of the month and they couldn't get credit for a sale. Salesman Sal refused to come back and talk, but sent Mike Davidson in. Bad Business, unprofessional, disregard for customers inconvience (Drove 3 hrs there and 3hrs back), Liars, a bunch of Liars, that's what they are. I bought an E Class several years ago, and have recommended several of my friends to do so. As long as I live, I will never buy nor recommend anyone to purchase a car from Fields Mercedes Benz on Atlantic Blvd. Salads Mike Davidson are LIARS. More

My dealer doesn't have replacements parts and says it a Pending recall until the parts come in. My letter from Mercedes says it is a Recall with life threatening injury possibilities! I say this is xx and I am furious! Can't drive my car!! Terrible customer service!! More
