This was my first time at MB of Jacksonville from out of state. Although the overall service approach is very good, I am battling to understand why I would be left waiting for almost seven hours, since the state. Bryan, the service advisor was extremely polite, but the wait time was unacceptable. Surely, someone could have asked if I needed to be driven back to the hotel. I live in Dubai, and travelled to the states on a short trip, and chose to have the vehicle looked into for a few hiccups, such as what appeared to be related to faulty sensors causing the system to become inoperative when in reverse gear. Otherwise, the Jacksonville MB dealer outperforms many other MB dealers in a number of other aspects. The breakfast and lunch service is absolutely outstanding, and the free car-wash perk is superb. Jeff, at the cashier desk, was also very helpful and courteous. I would have given a ***** rating had it not be for the fact that I was left to wait for seven hours withou anyone attempting to give an explanation or apology for the delay. Thank you to Bryan and Jeff for making it a bit better for me. Best wishes. More
My last trip to the Mercedes Benz, Jacksonville dealership for scheduled maintenance could not have gone more smoothly. The new app that facilitates the rental/loaner process was an added feature t dealership for scheduled maintenance could not have gone more smoothly. The new app that facilitates the rental/loaner process was an added feature that made the step more secure and less onerous. The video diagnostic and the friendly service provided by Bryan took away a lot of the stress and anxiety associated with a service appointment. I have had mixed experiences with this dealership but I have to say that this was one of the best. More

Jarrod Adams is by far the most proficient service advisor that I have ever worked with. He keeps me promptly informed through the process, he listens to any issues that I am having and communicates advisor that I have ever worked with.
