My wife was overwhelmed by the openness of the transaction and the way that we were able to compare the costs from car-to-car in making our decision I mean, sure buying a new car involves a significant amount of personal preference in the selection, but the financial side of this deal was as open and simple as I had ever seen. I worked with Joe Taylor and he made a concerted effort to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my new car purchase. He was proactive, professional, honest, and efficient. When I came in to pick up my GL, everyone had a smile on their face and went out of their way to accommodate. I recommended this dealership to another family member who ended up buying a MB SUV from them as well and enjoyed the same pleasant Customer Service that I did.
