The process was seamless thanks to three specific professionals: Danilo (Sales): Danilo is a class act. He was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and made sure every detail of the car was perfect. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and never pressured the process. He took the time to ensure every question was answered and that we found the perfect vehicle. Rafael (Manager): his pricing was transparent, and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the deal. His pricing outperformed every competitor we researched. Rosana (Finance): Roxanne made the "dreaded" finance office the easiest part of the day. She was professional, efficient, and took the time to explain everything clearly.
