I purchased a used car from Mercedes-Benz of Pompano Beach through AutoNation. Due to a pricing miscalculation by the dealership, I brought a cashier's check for an amount that exceeded the actual purch Beach through AutoNation. At the time of purchase, I was assured that I would receive a refund for the difference within a week. After that week passed, I contacted my salesperson multiple times. Initially, I was repeatedly told that a refund check would be mailed to me. Eventually, however, my calls and messages went unanswered. I then contacted the dealership's Finance Director, who again assured me that the check would be sent. More than a week has passed since that conversation, and I have still received neither the refund nor any follow-up communication. At this point, I'm done chasing the dealership for money that is rightfully mine. My experience has been extremely disappointing, not because of the initial mistake, but because of the dealership's failure to correct it despite multiple promises. If you're considering buying a vehicle here, be aware that if the dealership owes you money, you may have to fight to get it back. More
