Immediate Internet response. Greeted at front door. No haggle pricing. Given all available discounts without needing to ask. Fare Trade-in Value, did not try to low ball and insult my inteligence. Delivery was even smoother. The person handling the sale new the product inside out which is something I am very particular about. Couldn't think of one thing I would have wanted to happen in a different way. Best vehicle purchase from start to finish that I have ever experienced in my 30 years of buying cars, boats, motorcylces or what ever. Even the final signing of the papers was a pleasure, the finance associate was friendly, pleasant and did not try to push the add-ons like they usually do. Top Notch!!! More

I have purchased 3 new Mercedes Benz E350 Sedans from this dealership in the past 2-1/2 years. I have shopped all the other dealerships in S.E. Florida, and none come even close to the deals I have gott this dealership in the past 2-1/2 years. I have shopped all the other dealerships in S.E. Florida, and none come even close to the deals I have gotten at Delray. Not only is their pricing phenominal, but also the manner in which they treat their customers. I cannot recollect even one instance when I felt less than completely satisfied with my experiences. Whenever I visit the dealership for a carwash or an oil change or service, I am approached by at least 5 employees who welcome me back to the dealership and who know me by my first name. Their waiting lounge is first-class with refreshments, bagels, donuts, etc., served every weekday morning. Whenever I get the itch for a new car (which is quite often, as you can see from above), I just mention my interest and I am given a deal which cannot be beat by any other dealership within 30 miles. I have referred many friends and business associates to Mercedes of Delray, and each has been given the same kind of deal I received and is treated like a member of their family, not just a customer. The service department is relaxed, yet most professional. Finally, I would recommend Delray Mercedes to anyone looking for a great deal on the best automobile produced in the world, without any hesitation. More
