It is very refreshing to see this type of approach with car sales. A specific example of the lengths Michael and MB of Delray go to ensure a satisfied customer: On my way home from the dealership at 9pm I encountered a flat tire that resulted in wheel damage. I called Michael to let him know what happened, he immediately picked me up in his personal vehicle, put me in a rental and let me know that he would have the tire replaced and the rim repaired ASAP. If you see Paul, I'm sure he'll get in the vehicle that is right for you. He's done that for me multiple times and I don't regret it at all. I decided I wanted a "Big Boy Toy" a red MB 550 SL. We have a friend who leases his MB from Delray, so we asked him to introduce us. We went together on Friday May 17th. I asked for the red car. They had one in stock. We saw the car and approved. And we sat down to sign countless papers for the two year lease. At the very end, I was presented with extra charge service agreements. THIS WAS ALMOST THE DEAL BREAKER. I have purchase or leased more than 12 MB cars in NJ, and never saw this! But I accepted an abbreviated version of the agreement. But not happily. On Monday, the 13th of May, we picked up the car. The sales person, Mr. Jm Abitol was extremely nice, and patient. He spent more than two hours explaining all the new engineering of the car, and setting the controls. The next day he called, and asked me to return, and he patiently spent another two hours with me. So Mr. Jim Abitol is super terrific. A very nice man, who knows how to service his customer. I will return again for more instruction. This car needs an engineering degree. Very complex. but Jim will help solve it. More
