Very Disappointed by Dealer On June 2015 I bought a Mercedez Benz CLA45 AMG. After about a week of having the car a check engine light was on, took the car to the dealer and On June 2015 I bought a Mercedez Benz CLA45 AMG. After about a week of having the car a check engine light was on, took the car to the dealer and after a couple of days they dealer told me the problem was fix and it was only a bad sensor. After another couple of weeks the check engine light was on again; took the car to the dealer and after about a week of having the car I was informed that the 4 fuel injectors had to be change. Car was good for about 3 weeks, after that once again check engine light went on; took the car to the dealer one more time and this time is was the fuel pump that was replaced. I express to the dealer I was very unhappy with the situation, after going back and forth with the dealer about the situation they told me I had to open a complain with Mercedes Benz USA by calling a 1-800 number. I did that and after and received a call from a MB regional manager that told me they review my complain and we're not able to assist me with my problem and explain me that if I wanted to get something done further I shall get legal conseling because they were very firm on their position. After all this I decided to move the page and get rid of the car, I purchase a BMW, which I had always have for many years and never had a problem with. This whole nigthmare cost me 30 thousand dollars. More

Outstanding buying experience!! I came to Mercedes Benz of Delray after shopping around for a BMW that I had in sight for some time, I consider my self an educated shopper and as suc I came to Mercedes Benz of Delray after shopping around for a BMW that I had in sight for some time, I consider my self an educated shopper and as such, I do my research. I have to say that I shopped around and test drove cars from at least six different dealerships. Every dealership that I visited could have had my business. I came to Mercedes Benz of Delray after having some very negative experiences at the other places. I emailed the dealership and was told someone would follow up with me. I can not thank Joe Pellegrino enough!! I explained my situation to him - gave him the specifics and explained my challenges. After visiting numerous dealerships and driving in some instances over an hour and a half to scope potential purchases, all to result in negative experiences- either because of the staff, the haggling or in general what other businesses consider passes for acceptable customer service. My man Joe set up an appointment with me- it was probably the last appointment of his day and kept him after hours, -thanks Joe! :)- Upon my arrival he was prepared to handle my situation, told me exactly what to expect and gave me a clear scope of what I needed to do to close and make this deal happen! As he promised- he delivered! And the transaction could not have flowed more smoothly! He was attentive, communicative and kept me appraised of every aspect of the transaction every step of the way! After seating down with him for just about 30 - 45 mins, he put the transaction together, got me approved and we closed the deal! The next day as promised, I took delivery of the exact car that I wanted and drove home one hundred percent a satisfied customer! In Short! If you want to avoid all the hassle and haggling that is notorious with car shopping! Visit Joe Pellegrino at Mercedes of Delray! Thanks again brother! Norris was so professional, PATIENT, and informative throughout the entire process, even when I kept him there an hour and a half past closing time! He was knowledgeable, thorough and clearly knows how to match his customers personality profiles to meet their needs while ensuring that they are educated and informed when making decisions. The only downfall is that I may be ruined for life. I walked into another dealership (not Mercedes) and stood around looking and waiting to be helped. When nobody came I went in search of coffee and found a machine, but alas . . . it was broken! When somebody finally did come they weren't very nice and acted like I was interrupting their day just by being there. It was so awful that when we were out in the parking lot and he looked at me and said, "So, you see anything you like?" I just looked at him and said, "I'm sorry, you lost me at the broken coffee machine. I have to go." So again, thank you Mercedes, and please forward my thanks to Norris, about 4 different people named Joe, also Lori, Sarah, Curt (Kurt?), and also the gentleman who signed all the papers with me at the very end because they were all so friendly and helpful! More

John Stefaniw was great to work with! My husband and I enjoyed working with John Stefaniw recently when we purchased a gently used 2011 BMW 335i convertible from Mercedes-Benz of Delray. J My husband and I enjoyed working with John Stefaniw recently when we purchased a gently used 2011 BMW 335i convertible from Mercedes-Benz of Delray. John was very easy going, quick to respond to questions or requests, and low pressure as far as sales. He clearly wants his customers to be happy and does everything he can to accommodate throughout the buying process. We are very picky buyers who like to thoroughly research and test drive before we buy, and John was patient with us which we appreciated very much. We would happily work with him again on a future purchase and will recommend him to friends. More
Mercedes-Benz of Delray POOR, POOR SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! The service department at this particular Mercedes dealership is a 'comedy of errors'. After my initial visit for a routine oil change, and instal The service department at this particular Mercedes dealership is a 'comedy of errors'. After my initial visit for a routine oil change, and installation of an auxiliary battery, the low level of the technicians this dealership uses was self evident...I won't go into the tech forgetting to replace the oil cap and oil spurted over the engine block, that was reason enough to send up red flags that this dealership pays no attention to it's customers cars. After the botched up oil change, and new battery, I was told by Jennifer and Brian (service advisors/manager) that the car's 'rear differential was leaking', that the 'axle center housing seals (both rear) needed to be replaced ASAP, and I was specifically told that if I drove more than 200 miles a day that it was advised to have the work performed ($1,600 job). I was also told that the rear tires both needed to be replaced. Unbeknown to the Delray dealership, this major oil repair had just been performed by Palm Beach Mercedes. As you can imagine I was up in arms, as I knew I was being 'SCAMMED'. I took the car to Palm Beach Mercedes, five technicians, and managers, and myself saw that the 'rear differential' was NOT leaking whatsoever, it was bone dry. Palm Beach kept the car overnight, drove it around, put it back on the lift, removed the oil pane, etc and there was NO oil leak! Delray Mercedes is the type of dealership that gives the car industry a bad name. It was clear that the tech at Delray Mercedes thought he could get away with saying there was an oil leak...he and the dealership were sorely mistaken. Also Delray Mercedes did a detail of my car, they scuffed up my steering wheel, and forgot to put back the cars plastic cups holders in the middle console. In fairness, they did send out a mobile unit to repair my steering wheel (work being performed as I write this), but I still have no cup holders. I took my car to Goodyear Tires, I was informed that one rear tire had a little worn trend, but the other one was in perfect condition. All, in all, this dealership is not to be trusted. I'm glad an additional 'survey' has come to my email so I can just as accurately comment on my experience, and warn other Mercedes car owners to stay well clear of this dealership. As a side note: I was told by Brian Fitzgerald at Delray Mercedes that the tech that 'serviced' my car and said there was an oil leak was trained in Germany, and is his top tech, and that he left Palm Beach Mercedes because that dealership was bad. The truth is that Palm Beach fired him! Palm Beach Mercedes said they were going to call Delray Mercedes and have the tech come and show them where this elusive oil leak was, but they knew Delray would decline...because they knew, and know there is NO OIL LEAK!! More

Luxury automobiles, deserve a high standard of mechanics...Mercedes-Benz of Delray fails to deliver for the most mundane service on my car. $177.00 for an oil change? and their amateur mechanics forgot to put the oil cap back on!! How ridiculous, and inexcusable. Waste of my time, with the car defiantly NOT driving the same since the oil spewed all over the engine. I should never have stopped into this dealership. The dealership was very nonchalant about the incident. I've taken great care to preserve my 2006 CLS 500, it's immaculate...the last thing I need is a Mercedes dealership handling my car the way this 'garage' did! This was an oil change, imagine if the car needed 'serious' work performed on it. I shall be looking for a Mercedes-Benz dealership that adheres truly to the standards of there brand, and withholds the worth ethic it's founders desired from inception back in 1926....MERCEDES-BENZ of DELRAY fails the customer on many levels!! Oblivious to the fact I was walking around there showroom the other day (albeit I was unshaven and in my flip flops...in my suit I would have been noticed!), not ONE salesperson approached me...38 minutes and counting twiddling my thumbs looking at floor models, and standing there like a statue ...I left in disgust!!
