After two days things stopped working. also in the right light I noticed the front seat had some type of stain on it. Return the car to take advantage of their 5-day return policy. I did mention I would keep the car if I had additional time to review. but this was a very bad experience after 2 days. I also mention to them, you know this car inside out, you've been servicing it from day one if you trust this car so much you should surely be able to give me more time to convince I'm not buying a lemon. I guess dealing with a major national company, a individual is meaningless to them. So I gave them their keys snd I took my car back. !@%^*()))*%#@!=%^**)[_/÷$ More
Have Oliver in sales assist you in picking out your vehicle. He was fantastic and an asset to the company. BUT BY ALL MEANS LEAVE AND COME BACK WITH A CHECK FROM YOUR BANK OR CREDIT UNION TO PAY FOR TH vehicle. He was fantastic and an asset to the company. BUT BY ALL MEANS LEAVE AND COME BACK WITH A CHECK FROM YOUR BANK OR CREDIT UNION TO PAY FOR THE VEHICLE. The finance manager KAVON MORADI is a clown slime ball. The worst finance experience I have ever had. He should be at a gravel buy here pay here lot with an office in a mobile trailer. He’s the one in the showroom walking around in a clown suit. You can’t miss him. More
I had been looking for an accident-free, one owner 2007 Mars red Mercedes-Benz SLK 3.0 L manual transmission vehicle with under 15,000 miles and under $13,000 in a condition reflective of such low miles, a Mars red Mercedes-Benz SLK 3.0 L manual transmission vehicle with under 15,000 miles and under $13,000 in a condition reflective of such low miles, as the AutoNation ad stated, for a long time. So when I received the email one was available at Delray Mercedes-Benz dealership, I immediately responded. I was impressed that I could put in a request to reserve the car and ecstatic to receive a response back that the car was available and it was being held exclusively for me until 2:15 PM. My first thought was, this is the easiest buying process and I am going tell everyone I know to checkout AutoNation; not so. I was advised a representative would call to confirm the appointment and go over the details of the vehicle. When Joel Taylor called me back, I expected just that; but instead he told me someone else put a deposit on the car. This is unacceptable! I asked to speak to his manager. Joe Cardella called back and said the car was sold. To confirm the availability and state in an email that I had the first opportunity to purchase and then not honor that is a deceptive business practice. If the car was unavailable, I should have been told that at the time I tried to confirm an appointment. Instead of receiving a confirmation, I should have been told at that time it was sold, not after I received a binding appointment. More
Terrible Service. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION! NON RESPONSIVE! Called to make an appointment for an oil change and alignment. All service writers were busy and told someone would call me back. No one ever did. I Called to make an appointment for an oil change and alignment. All service writers were busy and told someone would call me back. No one ever did. I called several days later and again no one was available to make an appointment for me. Finally the receptionist went physically to the service dept. and I was finally able to make the apptmt. Took my car in on Tues. was going to wait but told it woiuld be ready the next day. On Wed. I get a call from Melissa (svc. writer) that the car needed some parts, she was unable to identify which parts and told me she would call me later that day. She didn't call. On Friday, I called her and she told me the tech was out to lunch and she would call me with the info when he got back. Apparently, he is still at luch, since its been almost a week and nothing. I contacted Melissa and she said she was out with the flu. NO ONE ELSE WOULD TALK WITH ME. CALLED THE SERVICE MANAGER 3 TIMES, HE NEVER ANSWERS HIS PHONE DEPSITE THE RECEPTIONIST TELLING ME HE IS ON PREMISES. THE SERVICE DIRECTOR DOESN'T ANSWER HIS PHONE DESPITE BEING ON PREMISES. THE GENERAL MANAGER WAS ALSO NOT AVAILABLE. This is my first and last experience with these people. They do not deserve my business and imo yours. Mercedes Benz service is nothing close to the service I received at Audi, not even close. SERVICE AT THIS DEALERSHIP SUCKS! More

Two day after I received a buyers order and the price was changed to $24881 + plus additional $799 doc.fee.. This is a systematic approach of AutoNation to manipulate prices insult it's prospective customers. Total waste of time. Never purchase a vehicle from AutoNation. Very dishonest and unprofessional dealership. More
they want $500 to diagnose a problem they already know about trans fluid comingling with coolant in radiator results in a $10-12K repair bill on my GLK 350 which I bought from them. Car is only worth about $12K trans fluid comingling with coolant in radiator results in a $10-12K repair bill on my GLK 350 which I bought from them. Car is only worth about $12K after 7 years, but only 51000 miles, but MB wants $500 just to diagnose what I already know and so do they. Poor design, poor business practices and terrible value. I would recommending going elsewhere to buy a car and don't buy a Mercedes. More
