Worst experience that I ever had at Mercedes Benz Delray Beach . Master Certified Salesman Benjamin Shatkun was very rude. In a way that you wouldn't even see in the Middle Ages, he disrespectfully threw Beach . Master Certified Salesman Benjamin Shatkun was very rude. In a way that you wouldn't even see in the Middle Ages, he disrespectfully threw the sales papers on the table. He did not listen to us, did not look at our faces, did not give the necessary information. We felt so humiliated in a place where we went to experience the excitement of buying a new car. A salesperson with such behaviors does not suit the Mercedes brand. This person should be taught the most basic human rights before selling cars. More
Poor customer service, Mercedes dealership that feels like a entry level dealership. Management is poor and only concerned about their money. like a entry level dealership. Management is poor and only concerned about their money. More
Would like to give 0 stars. Brought in 2017 e300 for an A1 service, which is basically an oil and filter change plus some inspection. Now I know it’s a Mercedes and I know dealers have very high prices, b A1 service, which is basically an oil and filter change plus some inspection. Now I know it’s a Mercedes and I know dealers have very high prices, but Nathan the service advisor try’s to tell me there are different levels of A1 service. Wrong. He also tellls me that we have missed some services but my car is meticulously maintained by my dealer at home, Rallye Motors. Now Rallye is anything but cheap but at least they do only what is needed. So Nathan quotes me almost $950. I say no and since I don’t agree with him he tells me he will get someone else to help me. 10 minutes later he comes back by himself and says they will do just the basic A1 service for $450. Still a major overcharge but I’m away from home and with a discount code I found it would have been around $350. A lot of money but about what Rallye would charge. I said ok, but when he told me it was 2 1/2 hours of work, I demanded my car back. Little Nathan was quivering with anxiety, but did give me my car back as he didn’t want me making a scene in the service area. I wanted the car back as I was afraid of what they would do to it. I wish I read all the other bad reviews here before I went in. Mercedes corporate is going to hear from me as well, for what it’s worth. Do yourself a favor and stay far far away from this dealer. Sales ok but service is horrible. Twice have had to bring our cars in twice for the same issue, they do not ever have the vehicle washed and ready and if you need a loaner be prepared to wait at least bring our cars in twice for the same issue, they do not ever have the vehicle washed and ready and if you need a loaner be prepared to wait at least two weeks. I made a curious observation with this dealership. Several times after I had my car serviced with them through my prepaid maintenance program, problems were coming up that were expensive to fix. Eith Several times after I had my car serviced with them through my prepaid maintenance program, problems were coming up that were expensive to fix. Either Mercedes is building a low quality product or I suspect the Auto Nation mechanics are deliberately sabotaging customer cars to generate repair revenues for the dealership. They really soured me on ever buying a Mercedes again. More
I was interested in purchasing a 2021 e450 wagon. I was told at Mercedes of Delray they were unable to provide me with the vehicle to test drive. So I drove to Mercedes of Palm Beach. I not only test drove told at Mercedes of Delray they were unable to provide me with the vehicle to test drive. So I drove to Mercedes of Palm Beach. I not only test drove the wagon but i also bought my 2021 E450 wagon!! My husband has had to take his Mercedes for a second service appointment due to Mercedes not rectifying the problems the first time. His car is still in the shop and he was told there were no loaner cars available. He has not had a car for 13 days!!! Maybe today it will be ready!! What has happened to the high standard of excellency Mercedes is known for? I always observe how attentive and hard working the service employees are!! Perhaps something has gone askew with the upper management!!! More
Shady! I placed a reservation on a used Mercedes ML63 on 01/04 with their salesman "Joe T". I had not seen the vehicle yet but offered to put a deposit over the phone because I had faith in their quality st 01/04 with their salesman "Joe T". I had not seen the vehicle yet but offered to put a deposit over the phone because I had faith in their quality standards as a Mercedes Dealer. Joe told me my deposit wouldn't be necessary and promptly E-mailed the reservation with the cost breakdown at the advertised price (with an additional $950 in dealer "doc" fees). He claimed they could not send me any detailed photos of the vehicle until it went through their shop but promised to expedite it. 2 days later, he E-mails me an invoice for the exact same vehicle but bumped the retail price up $3,873 higher then what was listed on their website! He claimed the dealership reserved the right to change the price at any time. I waited an additional 2 days for photos, because I didn't want to try and negotiate on the vehicle sight unseen. Joe calls me on 1/9, still without photos, and tells me I must put a deposit down ASAP at the higher price. Classic bait & switch operation and extremely disappointing that a Mercedes dealership would act on such poor faith. More
Came in on Dec 31 afternoon to look at AMG C35 we were there a while before anyone offered help. Finally received some help, took her card and left. Tried calling her several times trying to set a time wh there a while before anyone offered help. Finally received some help, took her card and left. Tried calling her several times trying to set a time where I could come in and order a new car for purchase, finally received a call back when I was my in a position to talk, I asked her to call be back in a hour. After I returned home I still had no call back so I called and left a message that I was home. It is now over 24 hrs later and still no call back. So I have moved on I'm going to West Palm and ordering my new car. So to quote pretty women " you people work on commission right? Big mistake... Big..Huge" More
