Had my overheating car towed to Mercedes Delray. It was overheating. They diagnosed the primary problem immediately but it took two days to get a price quote of $1700 to replace the fan belt, pulley and a overheating. That was too much for my budget and I had it towed to my regular mechanic. He confirmed the original diagnosis and quoted me $577 for the repair. I recommend shopping around before accepting the first quote. PS - The Mercedes folks were very nice and didn't charge me a dime. More

I had an appointment at 11 am and arrived 15 min early. No one spoke to me from service for over 45 min while I sat in the waiting room. The young man who checked me in initially finally walked by and asked if anyone had seen me yet and got someone there. All I needed was my battery checked since it constantly reports low charge and I asked that they check my tire pressures. Nearly 2 hrs later I was given back the car and told the battery was ok and I should buy a charger AND when I got home I checked my tire pressures and they had not been checked or adjusted and read from 41PSI to 49 PSI (well over the recommended 36 PSI settings. I did expect a little better service than this from Mercedes. If this was a result of having more service work than could be handled then they should schedule less. More
Stacey Grell is my service rep and always a pleasure to deal with. She understands my auto needs and makes the entire process of servicing the car very easy. For example, the car wasn't ready when expected. She rode out to the car wash area in a golf cart to move the process along and to deliver the car to me herself. She is also very clear about what the car needs and knowledgeable in her explanations. I always ask for her. The car is now five years old, and I've never been disappointed in the company or in Stacey. Thank you. More
The service advisor was very good but overall service at this dealership is beyond awful!!! My top of the line very expensive car was delivered to me with the sap of berries all over my car. They were actually imbedded in the car the soft top the whole body and windows. The service advisor actually washed the car and said it was extremely hard to get the sap off. I am beyond disgusted and expect top of the line service from a Mercedes dealership. This is not the first time I had trouble with your service department but it will be my last time!!! More
