When service is finally completed, generally very satisfied; however, there seems to be is a problem getting a return call to schedule an appointment for service. There is also an issue with the car' satisfied; however, there seems to be is a problem getting a return call to schedule an appointment for service. There is also an issue with the car's extended stay at the dealership before I get it back. In their defence, it is older so parts may not always be readily available, but over the past 10 years, the average delay has been approximately 6 weeks. I would also strongly recommend if you buy used, or plan to keep your new Mercedes beyond the initial warranty, make sure to purchase an extended service contract from a reliable provider. More
