When service is finally completed, generally very satisfied; however, there seems to be is a problem getting a return call to schedule an appointment for service. In their defence, it is older so parts may not always be readily available, but over the past 10 years, the average delay has been approximately 6 weeks. I would also strongly recommend if you buy used, or plan to keep your new Mercedes beyond the initial warranty, make sure to purchase an extended service contract from a reliable provider. More
