They are the worst, they have always been terrible. The service manager should of have been fire years and years ago. I prefer to drive from Boca to the FLL service so I don't have to deal with the horribl service manager should of have been fire years and years ago. This last one: they have my G63 Wagon for over a month for an small dent. They don't answer the phone when they do they don't know whats going on with my car.
