The Service Advisor was excellent, the waiting area was nice and clean, and the work performed on the car was outstanding! The service was performed while I waited and they were very conscious of not maki nice and clean, and the work performed on the car was outstanding! The service was performed while I waited and they were very conscious of not making their customers wait any longer than absolutely necessary. The car left much cleaner and in much better shape than when it went into the shop! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone with a Mercedes who is within a reasonable driving distance of their location. More
Very Dissatisfied . The AC was not working in my car back in Dec. They looked at it after 2 days. They were unsuccessful in finding the leak. After putting in a tracking liquid , they still had no clue. I was told to bring it back, to see if they could find the leak. They Couldn't. Antifreeze was put in and I was able to use the car. Months later, I had the same issue were the AC didn't work. This time they did not have a loner car to offer me, so I had to rent a car at my expense .After several days they found the leak and broke a part inside the car. The part had to be ordered. So, I had to go back to your dealership to have it replaced. I think it all stems from your mechanics. I should not have had the same issue 3 months later. More
