This is the second car I have purchased from this dealership. My sales person, Mardy Guirlande was great! I told her exactly what I wanted and what I could could not accept and she packaged the entir dealership. My sales person, Mardy Guirlande was great! I told her exactly what I wanted and what I could could not accept and she packaged the entire deal up for me. This was the most painless new car purchase of my life. She went over board to make sure I understood all of the electronic features on my new Mercedes, exhibiting extreme patience as whe took over four hours on her day off teaching how to work everything. I am still alittle freaked out by the car's self park feature and she has volunteered to provide additional lessons. More

This dealership is the worst one to go to. They took my car for nothing. I was sick when I signed the papers, plus they were being very disrespectful toward my husband, accusing him of havin They took my car for nothing. I was sick when I signed the papers, plus they were being very disrespectful toward my husband, accusing him of having the other key for car, a key they couldn’t even find. The next day I went there to cancel the deal and explained to the supervisor what they did to my husband, I was told that it was impossible and also told that he found the other key for the car. It was in less than 24 hrs I realized that I gave up a $65.000.00 car for a $ 40.000.00. I asked if I can get car or cancel the deal, they refused. I will never encourage someone else to go that dealership. More
