I didn’t know I needed a special adapter for the navigation to plug my phone in The salesperson made me feel inadequate for not wanting to purchase more warranty’s I was told 5 years bumper to bumper warranty? The manager did call me and asked about my reviews. He said he would tell Robert to call me and I could make an appointment to go over everything. That never happened. I won’t go back now. I’ll get someone else who can hopefully go over things More

She was actually nasty and tried to tell my parents that their car was out of warranty even though by incorrectly starting their purchase date. They have copies of all their contracts in hand. Stacey who really is a piece of work actually told my mother to make sure she spells her name right when she complains. No matter how you spell her name and nobody cares about the spelling she is still at best nasty. Either way I will post this review everywhere....I own 2 Mercedes and my next one will not be purchased there nor will I use them for service, neither should you. AVOID! More

This experience was upsetting due to time wastage and misinformation. More
