I expected a Mercedes dealer to be top notch but was I ever wrong! I bought a 2021 GLE 450 from Delray MB and although the SUV is great the dealer experience continues to be a nightmare. We were promised new tires and even had to wait a day for them to be done but when we got home the tires were not done. When I went back they did replace the tires but the license plate that was only delayed 1 day due to Memorial day was still not in, they now said 7-10 days. It is now 17 days later and they won't even return my calls. I finally got through to them and they said the temp tag is good for 30 days with no explanation of the delay. If you want a Mercedes in the area you would be smart not to go to one of the many AutoNation MB dealers as there are some others around not owned by this company. More

I got my first one without independent navigation system, that was disappointed to me. I got many calls from Auto Nation asked me to visit, and I did I met Joe Tayler who said I am here to make you happy and that was disappointed to me.
