I had a steering wheel issue which made the car not drivable. Had to tow the car and leave it in front of gate. I got there the next morning and Shawn with Service was the best. I brought my Mercedes Benz S580 to repair an issue with the front seats, the car was for more than a week at the shop, they told me that everything was repair. I picked up the car and when I left, I immed the front seats, the car was for more than a week at the shop, they told me that everything was repair. I picked up the car and when I left, I immediately realized that nothing was done. I brought the car again, this time they find the issue, it was a very expensive repair and because all the inconvenience I experienced, management offered me a significant courtesy discount. I service associate Kelvin did a great job following up and asking management for the discount. More
