I always have a positive experience with the service department and yesterday was no exception. David Rhys works with me and is very competent and professional. Brought my car in for an oil and filter change a week ago. The tech said he could not reset the service reminder and the computer needed an update. Left the dealership and all was working. Sunday when ge ago. The tech said he could not reset the service reminder and the computer needed an update. Left the dealership and all was working. Sunday when getting gas I could not reset the trip odometer. Brought the car in to the service department and they found the reset selection button was bad. They replaced it at no charge. (My car is no longer under warranty). The service department was great and stands by their repairs! More

Even though I paid a steep price for my 60,000 mile service, I can say that I felt being taken care of. Had a 10 30 am appointment was on time for a quick oil change and cabin filter change did not get out until 1 30 was waiting in the waiting area went to the service advisor at 1 30 said oh your car is re change and cabin filter change did not get out until 1 30 was waiting in the waiting area went to the service advisor at 1 30 said oh your car is ready why did he not come and tell me it was ready he knew I was waiting then it took an additional 15 minutes to have my car come back from the service area not happy with the time it took and lack of attention to customer service More
