I took my car for service last week within 10 months of having it. My service advisor was Kevin Laplanche who was very pleasant and professional. I leased my 2023 C300 on February 2024 with 7,964 miles on the car which had been used as a Demo. The only thing I'm not very happy with is the conditions that the tires are in and that the car was leased without replacing the tires or giving me a credit for them. Per the diagnostic test, the tires are already past the half of their lifetime and my lease is for 48 months. I've had the car for less than 1 year and I'm looking at having to replace the tires in probably less than 2 years of having the car. Had I known this at the time of leasing the car, I would not have done it. I'm not vey happy with the service I received during the lease. My rating on the 5 stars is solely for the service I received last week. More

Last Saturday, my wife was driving the GLE 350 and the front left tire blew out . Call my service rep and he said they had the tire in stock.
