I recently went to MB of Cutler Bay to have my C300 serviced for my 50,000 servicing. I wanted to take the time to say how impressed I was with the process. First, you are greeted with the red carpet dropping off your vehicle; you get your loaner vehicle, and within a few hours, I receive a text video showing me the professional work being conducted on my car.
