I was not familiar with the instruments. He made sure that I knew them. I have had a Lexus, Volvo, Tahoe, BMW, Hondo Odessey, Hondo CRV, and a Cadillac. Buying a car is a big decision. He didn't push or rush me. He gave me time to finally decide on the interior. I know that I can be difficult about being honest, fair and kind. Please let him know that he was excellent.
