I emailed and texted Mr. Jenkins often about what I wanted in my GLC 300. He always responded. I finally decided what color interior and the extras I wanted. Mr. Jenkins always was positive in finding me my car. When I first visited Mercedes Benz, I walked around looking for 15 minutes, then Mr. Jenkins came out and ask me if he could help me. From that point on, I knew that he was going to help me find my car. I recommend Mr. Jenkins to anyone looking for their special car. I am very happy with my car. My experience with Mr. Jenkins handling my concerns, and car needs were excellent. I recommend Mr. Jenkins to be salesperson for the month. I am very picky and want what I want. Mr. Jenkins in spite of my pickiness was always professional. He made buying a car a great experience. If I need another Mercedes Benz, I will reach out to him. If I have a colleague, friend or family member who want a Mercedes Benz, I will tell them to ask for Mr. Jenkins. Mr. Jenkins is a very special, kind, and knowledgable person. He educated me about my GLC 300. I was comfortable driving it with him when I test drove it. I was comfortable driving it off the lot. He made sure that I know all the features. I was not familiar with the instruments. He made sure that I knew them. I have had a Lexus, Volvo, Tahoe, BMW, Hondo Odessey, Hondo CRV, and a Cadillac. Buying a car is a big decision. He didn't push or rush me. He gave me time to finally decide on the interior. I know that I can be difficult about being honest, fair and kind. Please let him know that he was excellent. The people at the desk were pleasant. My car was brought in to be looked over from top to bottom and the list that I was given left a very important issue off. I took it to another place My car was brought in to be looked over from top to bottom and the list that I was given left a very important issue off. I took it to another place and they said the car was unsafe and you all should have told me that if I wanted the car I would have to tow it off your lot. Also my a piece on my bumper needed to be secured and I know that but upon leaving it with you all it was secure on both ends and had been ever since purchasing the car. After leaving your place the part came off? The mechanic should have secured it back at least to the way that it was. I did receive the fee back that I was charged but I whole heartedly believe that your mechanic dropped the ball on this one and my life was in danger briefly and I feel like I should be compensated for the part the he did not secure the way that it was. More
