Jimmy was great although their reports on the work they was not complete which he had to print for me at my request. He state that Mercedes dose not print out reports anymore. When one pay $1400 plus and does not get a detailed report on the work they performed and the condition of the inspected products we feel cheated. Be clear and upfront what you inspected and the condition of each inspection and what you paid for, tires, battery etc, etc,. As far their service and attentive it was great. On top of that their tap check out card reader did not work and the girl stated it has been that way for over year. I suggest that they address that as soon as possible. Many card readers are suspect. More
