I was very disappointed with my recent visit to Mercedes-Benz at Long of Chattanooga. Not only did they fail to deliver quality customer service, but their seedy sales tactics were are real let dow Mercedes-Benz at Long of Chattanooga. Not only did they fail to deliver quality customer service, but their seedy sales tactics were are real let down. Please avoid at all costs. My wife and I were not treated like valued customers and Terry Lynn and the Finance Guy tried to tell us that the deal was contingent upon a big down payment even though credit rating was not a barrier! We stayed at the dealership for more that 5 hours and no deal was made; only excuses and dishonesty! Shame on you Mercedes-Benz at Long of Chattanooga! We took our business to Hunt Nissan and bought a new vehicle that was priced right and we received the VIP treatment from their sales and finance professionals. We were in and out in about 2 1/2 hours! More

The service department personnel are always very friendly and courteous and we have never had to return to have something done twice. You never get the run around or feel they are trying to hide something f and courteous and we have never had to return to have something done twice. They also explain what they find when there is some type of a problem that you have taken the car in for. The sales staff is also excellent we have purchased two E350's from Perry and we are glad he is back. Overall Long Mercedes is an excellent dealership and I would highly recommend they to everyone I know. More

I have had some bad experiences trying to purchase vehicles. The sales person was either very pushy or didn't know what he was talking about.
